NJ FOOTY PROMOTIONAL CALENDAR AND DISCOUNT PROGRAMS

NJ Footy utilizes a four tier pricing system across all of our leagues. This system is based on location, field conditions, day of the week and time of day. All of which generate a desirability score that informs our pricing.

Most of our leagues will subsequently qualify for pre-fixed promotional periods early in a registration window, as well as our broader discount programs rewarding loyalty and community contributions.

Below we’ll provide details around our promotional calendar and discount programs:

PROMOTIONAL CALENDAR

NJ Footy operates on seasonal schedule, with four seasonal registration periods. Each registration period will have the following promotions:

Rollover: The Rollover period is designed to help create micro footy communities at particular locations. It is an exclusive registration window for in-season players and runs for the first week of a registration period. It often offers up to an additional 10% discount on top of early bird discounts. If the same league is not available due to permit issues, then an alternative rollover field will be provided.

Early Bird: The Early Bird window is active for the first three (3) weeks of a registration period, including Rollover. Early Bird is applied to the majority of NJ Footy leagues, with rare exceptions.

Double Up: Teams and players that are already registered for the upcoming season will receive a list of select leagues where they can join a second league for up to 50% off. Please note, this applies to select leagues only and will not include the most in-demand fields and locations.

Holiday Supplemental (e.g. Black Friday): During traditional sales periods (e.g. Black Friday), NJ Footy may participate by offering promotions on select fields. These promotions would include additional credits for players who register within an advertised period. The details of these promotions are determined on a season-by-season basis.

DISCOUNT PROGRAMS

At NJ Footy, we offer a range of discounts to support members of our community who have shown consistent loyalty, provided extra value, sacrificed on behalf of their community or country, or could simply use a little help.

We strive to maintain a fair and predictable process for our discount programs. Detailed information about available discounts, eligibility criteria, and terms are always available on our website, which is updated regularly.

• Please note that all discount codes must be applied at the time of registration.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

• Last minute discounts (used when a team or league is in need of players to get started) are rare, non-refundable and players cannot choose which team they play on.

Referral Credit Program

We’re growing the beautiful game into new markets and we want you to help us build the community! If you know someone in any of our new markets (New Jersey, Westchester, Tampa Bay, Miami, Dallas) who would be new to Footy, bring them into the fold and we’ll hook you up with credits for future seasons, tournaments, and additional Footy League experiences.

The Rewards:

• $25 Credit for every new female player you refer

• $15 Credit for every new male player you refer

To make sure the assist goes to you, your friend just needs to enter your first and last name into the "Who Referred You" field while signing up for their league. The referral must be noted during the sign up process to count.

No retroactive credits.

No matter where you play, you can earn these credits by referring players to our new markets.

This is for new players only, and only team captains and free agents are eligible. If the player cancels their registration, the credit is void.

These credits are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash, but they do not expire. Credits will be added to your account each season after registration closes.
